You've finally decided to slim down. This means you may have to change your eating habits! It's a great decision! Think about a nice salad... you could add red and orange peppers, tomatoes, radishes, green leaves, violet beetroot, some yellow corn kernels, a little wild pink salmon! The brain, upon viewing all these colours, registers the fact that your meal is particularly rich. Your sensation of fullness will be at a max, with a controlled calorific intake. The same goes for a beautiful bream cooked on the barbecue with tomato and onions. It tastes good, it's beautiful... and it's healthy!
